Our job is to make your job easier.

That’s why we follow a simple process that will take you from a vision to a fully designed website in just three steps.

Phase One

We will begin by creating a “blueprint” for your website that includes branded copy (written by us or supplied by you) and outlines how your website will be structured. As part of this phase, we will also gather any existing materials you want to include on your new website—such as logos, photos, and testimonials—and discuss any additional materials we need.

Phase Two

Design & Development

We will build your website according to the blueprint we developed in Phase 1, making sure the designs work across all popular devices (including phones, tablets, laptops, and desktops). Although we may occasionally require your input and feedback, we will do our best to respect your time and keep these requests to a minimum.

Phase Three

Go-Live &

Once you give us final approval, we will hit “publish” and share your new website with the world. Finally, we will schedule a 1-hr training session to show you how to manage and make edits to your new website. We’re always happy to take care of website edits for you, but we want to make sure you have the option to do so yourself.

Kind words from our clients

“Word of Web made an intimidating process feel fun and easy. My vision for the site was understood and the final product was artfully created to be better than I could have ever expected.”

Emma Finly Alonso | Pilates and Yoga Trainer

Staying focused and organized is what we do best.

You have more important things to be worrying about than the status of your website. Our top priority is making sure we stay aligned on expectations and on-track with action items so that we can keep your project moving at a steady pace.
